Glucosamine belongs to the amino sugars and is a natural component of synovial fluid (synovia) and cartilage tissue and plays an important role in the formation and maintenance of cartilage, joints and connective tissue.

Chondroitin is a natural component of cartilage tissue and plays a crucial role in the elasticity and resilience of joints. It belongs to the so-called glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which bind water in the cartilage and thus ensure optimum shock absorption and joint function.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural sulfur compound that plays an important role in the body for the health of joints, muscles, skin, hair and nails.

Manganese contributes to normal connective tissue formation, energy metabolism and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
