Shipping costs

The shipping costs are individual and can be seen in the checkout during the ordering process.

Delivery times

Our delivery time is 2-3 working days in Switzerland. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please make sure that someone is available to take delivery on the agreed delivery date.

Delivery failure

If you do not accept the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you regarding the further procedure. If the goods are still required, we reserve the right to charge shipping fees for a second delivery.
If a refund is made and the goods are later found, we reserve the right to reclaim these goods. We also reserve the right to assert other legal claims.

Supply bottlenecks

Normally, everything that is on our website is available in our warehouse and is available for immediate shipment. In the unlikely event that the ordered goods are not immediately available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any stock dependent cancelation.

Delays in delivery

Our aim is to achieve on-time delivery for all orders. We work closely with our shipping service providers and our experience shows that delivery is successful within the selected delivery time 99% of the time.
We use shipping service providers and where people work, mistakes can happen by mistake, e.g. if a parcel is forwarded incorrectly.
